Subscribe to status updates

Get an email when an incident or maintenance affects the services you choose, or follow the Atom feed or maintenance calendar.

Applies to Moraph Status as it works today. Moraph updates the platform continuously, and this page is reviewed when it changes.

Subscribe by email

Steps

  1. On status.moraph.com, choose Subscribe.

  2. Enter your Email address.

  3. Under Which services?, choose Every service and region (including anything added later), or Only the ones I choose and tick the services. Products are grouped by sector.

  4. Under What should we email you about?, tick Incidents (when an incident starts, each update, and when it’s resolved), Maintenance (when maintenance is scheduled, starts and ends), or both.

  5. Choose Subscribe.

    Result

    The page Check your email appears. Nothing is sent until you confirm.

  6. Open the email “Confirm your Moraph Status subscription” and select the link, then choose Confirm subscription.

    Result

    The page says Your subscription is confirmed. We’ll email you when something affects the services you chose.

The confirmation request expires after 7 days. If the address is already subscribed, we email you a link to manage your subscription instead.

What you’ll receive

Emails have subjects such as “[Moraph Status] Investigating: …” or “[Moraph Status] Maintenance scheduled: …”. You only get emails about the services you chose. Times in emails are in UTC, for example 2026-10-14 09:30 UTC.

Change what you get or unsubscribe

Every email ends with two links:

  • A link to choose services or change what you get. It opens Your subscription, where you can change services and email types and choose Save choices.
  • An Unsubscribe link. It asks you to confirm, then stops all status emails. Your email app’s own unsubscribe button works too.

You can subscribe again at any time from the same page.

There are no text-message or webhook notifications.

Your privacy

We use your address only for status updates. Unconfirmed requests are deleted after 7 days, and unsubscribed addresses after 30 days.

If something goes wrong
