Getting started

Read the status page

What the overall banner, the service groups, the uptime bars and the incident and maintenance cards on status.moraph.com tell you.

Applies to Moraph Status as it works today. Moraph updates the platform continuously, and this page is reviewed when it changes.

The overall banner

The heading summarizes everything in one line, based on the worst state of any service:

BannerMeaning
All systems operationalEvery service is working normally.
Scheduled maintenance in progressPlanned work is under way; nothing worse is happening.
Some services have degraded performanceSomething is slow or partly failing.
Partial outage: some services are partly unavailablePart of a service isn’t working for some people.
Major outage: some services are unavailableA service isn’t working.

Under it you see how many incidents are active and which services are affected. Every page shows when it was Last updated.

Active incidents and maintenance

Active incidents appear first, each with its stage, impact, start time, affected services and latest update. Choose Follow this incident to read every update. Next comes Maintenance (in progress) or Upcoming maintenance.

Services and regions

Services are grouped into four cards:

  • Client platform: Portal, Apps, Support, Docs and Academy.
  • Websites and portals: moraph.com, Careers, Trust Center, the Partner portal and the Supplier portal.
  • Products: Moraph software, grouped by sector. A sector opens by itself when any of its products is affected.
  • Hosting regions: United States, United Kingdom and Australia.

Each service shows its state and where that state comes from:

  • Automated monitoring: checked automatically, with the time of the last check.
  • Reported by Operations: set by Moraph Global Resilience Operations, the 24/7 operations team. Products and regions can’t be checked from the status page, so Operations reports them; until it does, they show Not yet reported.
  • No data yet or Monitoring data delayed: the status page has no recent check for that service, so it doesn’t claim a state. On a new status page the banner says Monitoring is starting; no checks yet.

What each state means is in Incident and service states.

Uptime bars

Services checked automatically have 90 daily bars, oldest on the left and today on the right. Each bar takes the color of the worst state seen that day; hover over a bar to read, for example, “1,438 of 1,440 checks passed”. A day with any failed check counts as at least degraded. The figure beside the bars is the share of checks passed over the period. If monitoring started recently, earlier days show no data. Screen readers hear a one-sentence summary of the period instead of each bar.

Past incidents

Past incidents lists incidents resolved in the last 7 days, with how long each lasted. Older ones are in the history.

A service’s own page

Choose a service to see how it’s checked, its upcoming maintenance and its recent incidents, with a link to its history.

When something is wrong for you but the page says it’s fine

The status page shows problems that affect a service broadly. A problem only you or your organization have may not appear. Use Report a problem at the top of the status page, or raise a ticket with Moraph Support. Notices that concern only your organization appear in the Moraph Portal, never on the public status page.
