The Moraph Portal brings your organization’s relationship with Moraph into one place: the services you have, the implementation Moraph is delivering, contracts and invoices, documents you exchange, and the people in your organization who use Moraph.

Before you start

  • You need a Moraph account that belongs to your organization. If you created an account yourself, ask to join your organization first; until then the portal shows only a Get started page.
  • Some pages depend on your role. If you can’t see something described here, your role doesn’t include it.

The navigation

The sidebar is grouped like this:

The sidebar also shows your organization’s name and your role. Numbers next to Your actions, Announcements and People and access show what is waiting for you.

The top bar has the portal search (press / to jump to it), the bell for notifications, the grid to switch to other Moraph services, and the menu under your name for Your account, Security and Sign out.

The Overview page

Overview is the first page you see. It starts with your organization’s status, sector, hosting region and your role, and then:

  • Needs your attention: the most urgent things first. Announcements to confirm, actions and onboarding steps assigned to you, and, depending on your role, invoices due, renewal decisions, support tickets waiting on your organization and people asking to join. Urgent and overdue items are marked Urgent.
  • Tiles for Needs your attention, Services, Implementation, Open support tickets and, for administrators and commercial contacts, Outstanding invoices.
  • What Moraph is delivering: implementation projects with their health and next milestone.
  • Onboarding progress, What you have (your services), and, for commercial roles, Contracts and renewals coming up in the next 120 days.
  • On the side: Your Moraph team, Service health, Support, the latest Announcements, and links to documentation and training.

When nothing needs you, the page says You’re all caught up.

Getting help

  • Something not working? Choose Raise a ticket on the Overview page to open Moraph Support.
  • Who to contact for what? Your Moraph team lists your account manager and service contacts, and says who handles commercial questions, implementation, faults, invoices and security concerns.
  • Help in the sidebar summarizes how the portal works.
