Before you start

You need the Administrator or Commercial role. Payment terms are the ones in your agreement with Moraph.

See your invoices

Open Invoices and billing. The tiles show what’s Outstanding, Overdue, Due in 14 days and Under query. The list has three tabs, Open, Paid and All, with each invoice’s number, issue date, due date, amount, status and PDF.

StatusMeaning
IssuedSent, not yet due soon.
Due soonDue within 14 days.
OverduePast its due date and not marked paid.
QueriedSomeone at your organization has an open query on it.
PaidMoraph has recorded the payment.

When Moraph issues an invoice, administrators and commercial contacts get a notification with the amount and due date.

Download an invoice

Open the invoice and choose Download PDF, or choose PDF in the list. Every download is logged.

Raise a query on an invoice

Use a query for a line you don’t recognize, a missing purchase order number, or an amount that doesn’t match your records.

  1. Open the invoice.

  2. In Questions about this invoice, write What’s the question?

  3. Choose Raise a query.

    Result

The page says Your query is with Moraph’s finance team. We’ll reply here and by email. The invoice shows as Queried.

  4. When Moraph replies, you get a notification. Reply on the invoice with Send reply, or choose Mark query resolved when you’re satisfied.

If an overdue invoice has been paid, it can take a few days to show; raise a query if something is wrong.

Manage billing contacts

Billing contacts lists who receives invoices and answers billing questions at your organization.

  1. In Billing contacts, fill in Name, Email, and optionally Role (for example Accounts payable) and Phone.

  2. Tick Send invoices to this contact for people who should receive invoices, and Primary billing contact for your main contact (there can be one).

  3. Choose Add contact.

    Result

The page says Billing contact saved.

Use Edit and Remove to keep the list current.
