Before you start

  • You need the Administrator role.
  • Decide the person’s role. You can change it later. See Roles and what they can do.
  • If Moraph has set email domains for your organization, you can only invite addresses at those domains. The Invite a colleague card lists them.

Steps

  1. Open People and access.

  2. In Invite a colleague, enter their Full name and Work email.

  3. Choose a Role. Member is selected to start with.

  4. Choose Send invitation.

    Result

The page says Invitation sent. It works for 7 days; they’ll appear here once they accept. The person appears under Invitations waiting.

The person receives an email with the subject “Your name invited you to Organization on Moraph Portal”. They choose a password (or enter their existing one) and arrive in your workspace with the role you chose.

Resend or cancel an invitation

Under Invitations waiting:

  • Resend sends a fresh email with a new 7-day link. The page says Invitation sent again.
  • Cancel withdraws it after you confirm. The page says Invitation cancelled.
