Notifications

The bell in the top bar shows how many unread notifications you have. Choose it, or Notifications in the menu under your name, to open the list.

  • All and Unread tabs show your latest 100 notifications.
  • Choosing one marks it read and opens the item, even if it’s in another Moraph service (Apps or the Academy, for example).
  • Mark all as read clears the count.

Notifications are also emailed to you, unless you turn that off: in Your account, clear Email me when something needs my attention. Security emails are always sent.

You’re notified when, for example, an action or onboarding step is assigned to you, your role changes, you’re given access to a product, Moraph shares a document you can see, Moraph replies to an invoice query, or an important announcement is published.

Activity log

You need the Administrator role.

Activity records what people in your organization, and your Moraph team, have done in the workspace: invitations, access changes, uploads, decisions and more. Each entry shows when, who (Moraph staff are marked Moraph), what, and where. It shows 50 entries per page.
