  1. Open a product
  2. When the list is empty

Open Services in the sidebar. Every role can see it.

Each service shows:

  • Its kind: Moraph software (used in Moraph Apps), Managed platform (a partner platform Moraph implements and runs for you) or Professional service (implementation, advisory, assurance or support).
  • Its status: Implementing, Live, Paused or Ended.
  • What Moraph delivers, the hosting region and environment, and how many people have access out of the licensed seats.

Choose Details to see a service’s page: What Moraph delivers, the Implementation projects for it, and Moraph contacts for this service. The Details panel lists its status, type, hosting region, environment, start and end dates, and, for administrators and commercial contacts, its contract.

Open a product

If you have access to a Moraph software product, choose Open in Apps. If you don’t, the service page says You don’t have access to this product yet and tells you who can give it to you. See Give people access to Moraph products.

When the list is empty

No services are recorded yet means your account team hasn’t listed your services. They do this once your agreement is set up.
