Your actions and implementation progress
Follow what Moraph is delivering, see what’s needed from your organization, and mark your actions done.
Applies to Moraph Portal as it works today. Moraph updates the platform continuously, and this page is reviewed when it changes.
Implementation projects
Implementation lists the projects Moraph is delivering for you: where each one stands, what’s next and what’s needed from both sides. Each project has a health:
| Health | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Green · On track | No concerns. |
| Amber · At risk | Something could affect the plan; the project page says what. |
| Red · Off track | The plan is affected; the project page says what’s being done. |
A project page shows About this project, Next steps, the Plan (its phases and milestones), what’s Needed from your organization, what Moraph is doing, and the Moraph lead. Projects are kept up to date by Moraph; you can view them but not change them.
Your actions
Your actions is your to-do list. It has four tabs:
- Assigned to you: actions assigned to you, to your role, or to anyone in your organization, plus Onboarding steps waiting on you.
- All client actions (administrators and technical leads): everything Moraph needs from your organization, with who it’s assigned to.
- Moraph is doing: what Moraph has committed to do, with an owner and due date.
- Done: completed and cancelled actions.
Overdue actions are marked Overdue. New actions assigned to you also arrive as a notification.
Mark an action done
Open the action from Your actions.
Read What’s needed.
In Mark as done, optionally add a Note for Moraph (optional), for example where you saved something.
Choose Mark as done.
ResultThe action moves to Done and shows who completed it and when. Moraph’s project lead is told.
You can mark an action done if it’s assigned to you, to your role, or to nobody in particular. Administrators and technical leads can mark any client action done.
Reassign or reopen an action
Administrators and technical leads can:
- Reassign an action to a person or to Anyone with the right role. The new assignee is notified.
- Reopen an action that was marked done by mistake.
