When you start a new service, Moraph sets up an onboarding checklist: the steps, who in your organization does each one, and any evidence Moraph needs to see. Open Onboarding to see them all. Each checklist shows Complete, Ready to confirm or how many steps are left.

Steps assigned to you also appear in Your actions and in your notifications.

Complete a step

Steps

  1. Open the checklist and find the step. It shows who it’s for, the due date, and Evidence needed if Moraph needs a file.

  2. Choose Mark done.

  3. If evidence is needed, attach it in Evidence: PDF, Office document, CSV, text or image, up to 20 MB.

  4. Optionally add a Note (optional).

  5. Choose Confirm done.

    Result

The page says Step marked as done. The step shows who did it and when.

Made a mistake? Choose Undo to reopen the step.

You can complete a step if it’s assigned to you, to your role, or to anyone. Administrators and technical leads can complete any step, and can assign a step to a particular person with Assign; that person is notified.

Confirm the checklist complete

When every step is done, an administrator or technical lead sees Every step is done and the button Confirm checklist complete.

Result

The page says Checklist confirmed complete. Moraph has been told — thank you. Moraph can then move to the next stage of the service.
