Administration
Give people access to Moraph products
Choose who in your organization can use each Moraph software product in Moraph Apps, and with what product role.
Applies to Moraph Portal as it works today. Moraph updates the platform continuously, and this page is reviewed when it changes.
Each Moraph software product your organization licenses appears in Moraph Apps only for the people you give access to. You choose a product role for each person:
| Product role | What it allows |
|---|---|
| Viewer | Can see records and progress but not change them. |
| User | Does the day-to-day work: tasks, records and workflow steps. |
| Product administrator | Everything a user can do, plus the product’s settings and reference data. |
Before you start
- You need the Administrator or Technical role.
- The product must be switched on for Moraph Apps by Moraph, and be live or implementing. Until then the tab says No products in Moraph Apps yet.
- The person must already be in your organization. Invite them first if needed.
Steps
Open People and access and choose the Product access tab.
Find the product’s card. It shows how many people have access and how many seats are licensed.
Choose the Person and their Product role, then choose Give access.
ResultThe page says Product access saved. It applies in Moraph Apps straight away. The person gets a notification, “You can now use Product”, with a link to open it.
Change or remove access
- To change a product role, choose the new role next to the person and choose Save.
- To remove access, choose Remove access and confirm. The page says Product access removed.
You can’t change your own product access; ask another administrator or technical lead.
Seats
If your agreement limits the number of users, the card shows the licensed seats. When they’re all in use, the page says All licensed seats for that product are in use. Remove someone’s access first, or talk to your account manager about more seats.
What other people see
Members and commercial contacts can open the Product access tab to see which products they can use, but can’t change anything.
