Notices from Moraph about service changes, maintenance and security, and how to confirm you’ve read the ones that ask you to.

Applies to Moraph Portal as it works today. Moraph updates the platform continuously, and this page is reviewed when it changes.

Announcements holds notices from Moraph for your organization. Each has a kind: Update, Important, Planned maintenance or Security. Important and security announcements, and any that ask you to confirm you’ve read them, are also sent to you by notification and email.

Acknowledge an announcement

Some announcements say Needs your acknowledgement. Moraph asks everyone affected to confirm, so it knows the notice reached the right people.

  1. Open the announcement from Announcements or from Needs your attention on the Overview page.

  2. Read it, then choose I’ve read and understood this.

    Result

    The page says Thanks — your acknowledgement is recorded.

For administrators

On announcements that ask for acknowledgement, administrators see In your organization: how many people have acknowledged it and who still needs to.

Questions

Each announcement links to Your Moraph team for questions. For live service problems, check Moraph Status.
