Completion records and certificates of completion
What you get when you complete a course, how to print or share a certificate of completion, how anyone can verify one, and why it isn’t a certification.
Applies to Moraph Academy as it works today. Moraph updates the platform continuously, and this page is reviewed when it changes.

What you get when you complete a course
- A completion record, always. It records the course, the date you completed it and the course version. It appears in My learning → Completion records.
- A certificate of completion, if the course offers one (the course page says Certificate of completion). It has a verification code such as
MA-7KQ2-PD9X.
Learning paths don’t have their own certificate; each course in a path gives its own record.
Completion is not certification
Course completion records and certificates of completion show that a person completed a Moraph Academy course. They are not a professional certification, license or accreditation, and they do not authorize anyone to configure, operate, resell or support Moraph products on Moraph’s or anyone else’s behalf.
Print or share a certificate
Go to My learning → Completion records.
Next to the course, choose View and print.
Choose Print or save as PDF, or Copy verification link to share it.
To print the list of all your records, choose Print this list.
Verify someone’s certificate
Anyone can check a certificate, without an account.
Go to academy.moraph.com/verify.
Enter the Verification code printed at the bottom of the certificate and choose Check.
ResultValid certificate of completion, with the person’s name, the course and version, and the completion date.
Other results:
| Result | Meaning |
|---|---|
| This certificate has been revoked | Moraph has withdrawn it; the page shows when. |
| This record is no longer available | The person deleted their Moraph account, so their details are no longer shown. |
| No certificate has this code | Check the code. Codes use the letters and numbers 2 to 9 (no 0, 1, I or O). |
Who can see your records
You, Moraph’s Academy team, and your organization’s administrators (or your partner firm’s training administrators). Anyone you share a verification link with can see the certificate.
