Lessons
Each lesson is one of four types: Reading, Video, Practical exercise or Assessment. The Course outline shows every module and how many lessons you’ve completed.
Reading and video lessons
Read or watch, then choose Mark complete and continue (on the last lesson, Mark complete).
Lesson complete. Progress saved. The next lesson opens.
Videos have captions on by default and a Transcript panel. Some lessons have a Related documentation box linking to guides on Moraph Docs.
Practical exercises
An exercise has a Checklist and may ask for evidence of your work.
Do the exercise and tick each item on the Checklist.
If evidence is asked for, choose Upload a file: PDF, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, PNG, JPEG, text or CSV, up to 10 MB. Only you and Moraph’s Academy team can see it.
Choose Mark exercise complete. Or choose Save progress to come back later.
ResultYou completed this exercise with the time.
Don’t include passwords, recovery codes or other people’s personal data in evidence.
Assessments
See Take an assessment.
Resume where you left off
On the course page, choose Resume. It opens the last lesson you opened, or the first one you haven’t completed.
My learning
Choose My learning in the top bar. It shows:
- Counters for Assigned to you, In progress, Completed and Certificates.
- Assigned to you: training your organization (or partner firm) assigned, with who assigned it, the due date and any message, and Start or Continue.
- In progress: each course with lessons completed and when you were last active, and Resume.
- Your learning paths, and Completed courses.
The tabs Assessment results and Completion records show your scores and your records.
What your organization can see
Your organization’s administrators (or your partner firm’s training administrators) can see whether you have started or completed training they assign, and your completion records. They don’t see your answers or scores.
How progress is counted
Your progress is the share of lessons you’ve completed. Assessments only count once you pass them. When every lesson is complete and every assessment passed, the course is complete and you get a completion record.
