Getting started

Find and enroll in a course

Browse the Academy catalog and learning paths, check what a course covers and what you need first, and enroll.

Applies to Moraph Academy as it works today. Moraph updates the platform continuously, and this page is reviewed when it changes.

Who can take courses

  • Anyone can browse the catalog and read course pages.
  • To enroll and save progress, sign in with a Moraph client account (you sign in at portal.moraph.com) or a Moraph partner account (you sign in at partners.moraph.com). On the Academy’s sign-in page, choose the kind of account you have.
  • Courses are self-paced and free for Moraph clients and partners.

Find a course

Choose Catalog. Search by course, topic or skill, and filter by:

  • Product
  • Audience: Users, Administrators, Implementation partners or Support teams
  • Level: Foundation (no previous experience needed), Practitioner (for people who use or run the product regularly) or Advanced (for specialists building on or extending the product)
  • Format: includes video, practical exercises or an assessment
  • Duration: under 30 minutes, 30 to 60 minutes, or over an hour

Learning paths are ordered sets of courses for a role. Take them in order; each course builds on the one before.

Check a course before you start

A course page shows About this course, What you’ll be able to do, Skills you’ll gain, Before you start (courses recommended first), the Syllabus, and What completion gives you. The side panel shows the level, duration, format, audience and course version.

Steps

  1. Open the course page.

  2. If you aren’t signed in, choose Sign in to enroll and sign in.

  3. Choose Enroll and start.

    Result

The first lesson opens with You’re enrolled. Your progress is saved after every lesson.

Enrolling needs no approval. There is no way to leave a course, but nothing happens if you simply stop; it stays in My learning under In progress.

Follow a learning path

On a path’s page, choose Save to My learning to keep it in Your learning paths, then Start with the first course. Completing a path means completing each of its courses; there is no separate path certificate.

If the catalog is empty

If the catalog says No courses published yet, Moraph’s training team hasn’t published courses there yet. They appear as soon as they are.
