Who can see your tickets

Tickets are shared with everyone in your organization once your account belongs to it, and never with other organizations.

Applies to Moraph Support as it works today. Moraph updates the platform continuously, and this page is reviewed when it changes.

Before your account belongs to an organization

You see only the tickets you raise, and you can raise S3 and S4 tickets. The Overview page says Your account isn’t linked to an organization yet.

Once your account belongs to your organization

Your account joins your organization when an administrator invites you, approves your join request in the Moraph Portal, or Moraph links it after confirming with your organization’s named contacts. From then on:

  • You see every ticket raised by anyone in your organization, and they see yours. Ticket lists show who raised each one.
  • Tickets you raised before joining become part of your organization’s tickets.
  • You can raise tickets at every severity, including S1 and S2.

Every role in an organization (Administrator, Commercial, Technical and Member) can see the organization’s tickets.

Who else sees them

Moraph staff working on your organization’s support can see your tickets. Notes the support team writes for each other stay internal and are never shown in the portal. People in other organizations never see your tickets: looking up a reference that isn’t yours shows Page not found.

When someone leaves

If a person is removed from your organization or their account is deleted, the tickets they raised stay with your organization. A deleted account shows as Deleted user.
