Troubleshooting
Problems using Moraph Support
What to do when you can’t choose a severity, can’t find a ticket, can’t reply, or don’t receive ticket emails.
Applies to Moraph Support as it works today. Moraph updates the platform continuously, and this page is reviewed when it changes.
| Problem | Why | What to do |
|---|---|---|
| S1 and S2 aren’t offered on New ticket | Your account doesn’t belong to an organization yet. | Raise S3 or S4, call the support number in your service agreement for a critical incident, and join your organization. |
| A colleague’s ticket shows Page not found | You only see your organization’s tickets once your account belongs to it. | See Who can see your tickets. |
| There is no reply box | The ticket is Closed. | Raise a new ticket and mention the old reference. |
| You don’t get emails about your ticket | Ticket emails go to the person who raised it. | Check your spam folder and that the email address on your account is right. |
| Sign in takes you to the portal | Support signs you in through the Moraph Portal. | Sign in there; you come straight back. See Single sign-on. |
Reporting a security vulnerability
You don’t need a support account to report a vulnerability in a Moraph service or website. Follow the vulnerability disclosure policy. If you are a client and suspect a security incident affecting your systems, raise an S1 ticket with the category Security concern.
