Single sign-on across Moraph services
How one sign-in at the Moraph Portal covers Apps, Support, Docs and the Academy, and how signing out works.
Applies to Moraph account as it works today. Moraph updates the platform continuously, and this page is reviewed when it changes.

Moraph’s services for clients share one account. The Moraph Portal (portal.moraph.com) is where you sign in; the other services trust it.

What happens when you choose Sign in
- The service sends you to the Moraph Portal.
- If you aren’t signed in there, you sign in as usual. If you are, nothing to do.
The portal sends you back with a one-time sign-in code, and the service signs you in.
ResultYou are back where you started, signed in.
On Docs and the Academy you first choose Client account (you work at an organization that uses Moraph) or Partner account (your firm is a Moraph partner, and you sign in at partners.moraph.com).
Switching between services
Use the grid icon in the top bar of any client service to switch to another. Your sign-in carries across, so you don’t enter your password again.
Signing out
Signing out of any one service signs you out of all of them on that device. After signing out you see You have signed out of every Moraph app on this device.
Signing out on one device doesn’t affect your other devices. To end those too, use Sign out of all other devices on your Security page.
If sign-in doesn’t finish
If you see Sign-in didn’t finish, choose Try again. The page explains what happened:
- This browser didn’t start the sign-in, or it took longer than 10 minutes. Start again from the service you were using. This can also happen if your browser blocks cookies for moraph.com.
- The sign-in code has expired or was already used. The code is valid for 2 minutes and works once. Choose Try again.
- Your sign-in has ended. Please sign in again. You were signed out of the portal in the meantime.
