Deleting your account removes your name, email, phone and password and signs you out of every Moraph app. It can’t be undone.

What stays

Records you created belong to your organization, so they stay: tickets you raised, documents you shared and tasks you completed show Deleted user instead of your name. If you completed Academy courses, your completion records no longer show your details.

Before you start

  • If you are only leaving your organization, you don’t need to delete your account: an administrator can remove you from the organization in People and access, and your account stays yours.
  • If you are your organization’s only administrator, make someone else an administrator first, so your colleagues can still manage people and access.
  • You need your current password.

Steps

  1. Open Your account in the Moraph Portal.

  2. In Delete your account, enter Your password.

  3. Tick I understand this cannot be undone.

  4. Choose Delete my account and confirm.

    Result

The page says Your account has been deleted, and you are signed out everywhere.

Your other personal data

To ask for a copy of your data, or for data held elsewhere at Moraph to be deleted, see the Moraph Privacy Policy.
