On this page
  1. Read the list
  2. Sign out of all other devices
  3. When sign-ins end on their own

Your Security page lists every sign-in that is still active, so you can spot one you don’t recognize and end it.

Read the list

Where you’re signed in shows one line per sign-in, for example:

  • Chrome on macOS · Portal: the browser and system, and the Moraph service (Portal, Apps, Support, Docs or Academy).
  • Signed in with the date and time, and last active with how long ago.
  • This device marks the sign-in you are using now.

Signing in to Apps, Support, Docs or the Academy adds a line for that service, linked to your portal sign-in.

Sign out of all other devices

  1. Open your Security page.

  2. In Where you’re signed in, choose Sign out of all other devices.

    Result

The page says You have been signed out of every other device. Only this device’s sign-ins remain.

If you see a sign-in you don’t recognize, sign out of all other devices and then change your password.

When sign-ins end on their own

  • After 2 hours without activity in any Moraph client service.
  • 12 hours after you signed in, whatever you’re doing.
  • When you sign out of any Moraph client service on that device.
  • When your password is changed or reset (other devices), or your account is disabled.
